No mystery, no runaround. Here’s the whole process:

1. Call or send a photo. Tell us what you’re seeing and where the property is. A picture of the stain, the drip, or the roof itself is worth ten minutes of description.
2. Get a straight answer. We tell you what it likely is, what it takes to fix, and what it costs — and if it doesn’t need work yet, we say that instead.
3. We fix it and prove it. Photos before and after on every job, so you can see exactly what was done — even if you live three hours from the property.

Beattyville is home base — Lee County, inside the Red River Gorge region, not an hour outside it. Booneville, Campton, Irvine, Slade, Natural Bridge, Jackson, and Stanton are all inside about 35 minutes. Richmond and Winchester round out the western edge of the map. After wind or hail, small damage becomes a leak fast. We do free storm checks in our service area: if something’s wrong, we tarp it and document it for your insurance file. If your roof is fine, we tell you that and leave you dated photos for your records — no drama, no invented damage. Either way, you know where you stand before the next rain.

Own a Rental Cabin?

If you own a short-term rental in the Gorge and live somewhere else, you already know the problem: things break between guests, and you’re not here. We run a priority line for cabin roof repair and full turnover and seasonal maintenance — with a dated photo report after every visit, so you always know the condition of your property.
