Services
Repair-first, plain language, photos before and after. If it doesn’t need fixing, we’ll tell you.
Roof Repair
Our lead trade. Leak repair, flashing and chimney reseal, metal roof screw replacement, storm damage, skylight and vent boots. Full details on the roof repair page; cabin owners, see cabin roof repair.
- Leak tracing and repair — shingle and metal
- Flashing: chimneys, walls, valleys, additions
- Metal roof fastener replacement and panel reseal
- Pipe boots, vent boots, skylight seals
- Emergency tarp-up and dry-in
Gutters & Drainage
Cleaning, repair, guard installation, and downspout drainage that moves water away from the foundation instead of into it. In the Gorge, gutters are roof protection: valleys and gutters packed with leaves hold water against the metal and rot the fascia behind them. Twice-a-year cleaning is the cheapest roof insurance there is.
Carpentry & Rot Repair
Soffit, fascia, deck boards, railing, and siding patches — the wood weather gets to first, fixed before it spreads. Rot never gets cheaper by waiting: a soft deck board is an afternoon, a rotted joist is a project. We fix the piece that failed and tell you honestly whether the rest is fine or on the clock.
Short-Term Rental Maintenance
Turnover repairs, seasonal packages, storm response, and absentee-owner reporting for cabin and rental owners. The full program lives on the STR maintenance page.
Storm Response
Emergency tarp-up and dry-in after wind or hail, with honest photo documentation for your insurance file. If you’re fine, we’ll say so — and leave you the photo record anyway.
How Estimates Work
Send a photo and the property location, and you get a call back with a straight answer — what it likely is, what fixing it involves, and a real number. No “free inspection” that turns into a sales pitch, no mystery line items. If the job grows once we open it up (hidden rot does happen), we stop and tell you before the price changes. And if it doesn’t need work yet, we say that and leave you photos for your file.
What We Don’t Do
Kentucky licenses HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work at the state level, and we stay in our lane. When your problem is one of those, we’ll tell you straight and point you to a licensed local tradesperson instead of pretending. The same honesty that applies to your roof applies to our own limits.
[MARCOS: confirm which trades you hold Kentucky licenses for. If you add a licensed trade later, update both this section and the services list above.]
