Every roof is different, so we don’t quote blind. Send a photo and the property’s location and you get a call back with a real number — and “that doesn’t need us yet” when it’s true. Most leak repairs are far cheaper than people fear, which is exactly why the big crews would rather sell replacements.

From Beattyville: Booneville, Campton, Irvine, Slade, Jackson, and Stanton run roughly 20–35 minutes; Richmond about 45. Active leaks and rental turnovers get priority; tarp-ups are usually same-day.

We document honestly — dated photos, plain descriptions your adjuster can use — and we never inflate damage. If the storm didn’t hurt your roof, we say so and leave you the photo record anyway. That honesty is why our documentation carries weight when there IS a claim.

Repair is our lead trade, and most problems don’t need replacement. When a roof genuinely is done, we say so with photos, and you can bid the replacement to anyone — including us. What we won’t do is sell you a roof to fix one valley.
