Every roof is different, so we don’t quote blind. Send a photo and the property’s location and you get a call back with a real number — and “that doesn’t need us yet” when it’s true. Most leak repairs are far cheaper than people fear, which is exactly why the big crews would rather sell replacements.

Call and we will tell you honestly how soon we can be at your address. Active leaks and rental turnovers get priority; tarp-ups are usually same-day.

We document honestly — dated photos, plain descriptions your adjuster can use — and we never inflate damage. If the storm didn’t hurt your roof, we say so and leave you the photo record anyway. That honesty is why our documentation carries weight when there IS a claim.

Repair is our lead trade, and most problems don’t need replacement. When a roof genuinely is done, we say so with photos, and you can bid the replacement to anyone — including us. What we won’t do is sell you a roof to fix one valley.

Kentucky licenses HVAC, electrical, and plumbing at the state level, and we stay in our lane — when your problem is one of those, we’ll say so and point you to a licensed local tradesperson.

We are repair-first. Most leaks come from one detail, a pipe boot, lifted shingles or flashing, and we fix that detail. We only recommend replacement when the whole roof is at the end of its life, and we put the verdict in writing with photos.
