Beattyville — Home Base

We live and work here. Lee County calls get the fastest response we can give anyone, because the truck is already in the county. Roof leaks, gutters, deck and porch repairs, storm checks — if it’s in Beattyville or anywhere in Lee County, it’s a home game.

Booneville — about 20 minutes

Owsley County is badly underserved for repair work. If you’ve struggled to get a contractor to show up, that’s exactly the gap we exist to fill.

Campton & Rogers — about 25 minutes

Wolfe County’s cabin country. Short-term rentals here run hard, and their roofs and decks take the abuse — this is our core cabin territory.

Irvine — about 25 minutes

Estill County has been part of our working map from the start — repair calls, gutters, and storm response.

Slade & Natural Bridge — about 30 minutes

The cabin epicenter of the Gorge. When a rental roof leaks with guests inbound, half an hour beats a Lexington contractor’s Monday every single time. This is our core territory for cabin roof repair and short-term rental maintenance — metal roofs under tree cover, decks that host a hot tub, and owners who live hours away.

Jackson — about 30 minutes

Stanton — about 35 minutes

Powell County’s seat and the gateway to the Gorge. Homes in town, cabins up the ridge — we cover both.

Richmond — about 45 minutes

Madison County is the volume market on our western edge. We take roof repair and property care calls here and show up when we say we will.
