Creased tabs that stayed on the roof have broken seals and will leak later; lifted metal panels stretch their fastener holes; membrane roofs peel at the edges first. Safety, then photos, then a tarp. Stay off the roof, photograph interior damage as it appears, and call us for stabilization. Save every receipt from day one — emergency measures are typically claimable expenses.

Will you deal with my insurance company for me?

We document, photograph, meet the adjuster on site, and explain what we found — the things a repair contractor legitimately does. We’re not public adjusters and don’t negotiate your claim, but adjusters work faster when the damage file is clean and complete, and that part we do very well.

My neighbor’s roofer says the whole roof is totaled. Is it?

Sometimes yes — and sometimes that’s a sales pitch wearing a storm. Wind and hail damage have specific, recognizable signatures, and we’ll show you photos of yours and tell you whether it reads as repair, partial replacement, or a full claim. If it’s repairable, you’ll hear that from us.
