TPO Roof Repair
TPO roof repair is seam work: heat-welded seams are the membrane’s strength — and where a cold or contaminated weld from install day becomes a leak years later. We repair TPO the only correct way: with a welder.

TPO can’t be glued or caulked back together; it has to be hot-air welded by someone who checks weld temperature on test strips. Aging, chalked membrane adds a wrinkle: some fields still take a reliable weld and some don’t. We probe-test, tell you which yours is, and never sell a repair we can’t stand behind.
What the Repair Involves
- Probe every suspect seam; map failures and punctures
- Clean and prep membrane; weld test strips to dial temperature
- Hot-air weld patches and seam rework with rolled pressure
- Rebuild flashings at curbs, pipes, and rooftop units
- Seam-probe the finished work — welds get verified, not assumed

What It Costs
TPO repair visits typically run $600–$2,000 by seam footage and flashing count. Chalked membranes that won’t hold weld get the honest conversation about coating or replacement instead. Every roof is different — the photo comes first, the real number before we start, and no invoice surprises after.
Materials We Use
GAF EverGuard-compatible TPO membrane and flashing stock, hot-air welded — no adhesives, no caulk — with manufacturer detail patterns at curbs and penetrations.
The newer commercial roofs in Stanton and Jackson are mostly TPO now. If your ceiling tiles stain after wind-driven rain, the seams upwind are the first suspects. We answer calls from Beattyville, Slade, Stanton, Campton, Irvine, Booneville, Jackson, and the whole Red River Gorge corridor.

Common Questions
Why did my five-year-old TPO roof leak?
Usually an install-day weld that was cold, fast, or run over dust. It held as a press-fit until enough freeze-thaw cycles worked it open. The fix is rework, and welds we run get probe-verified.
Can you patch around my rooftop HVAC units?
Yes — curb flashings are the most common TPO failure point and very repairable. We coordinate with your HVAC service if a unit needs lifting.

Storm timing matters in this work: we watch forecasts and storm reports from the National Weather Service office in Jackson, Kentucky so we know which counties took a hit before the calls start. And whatever the roof throws at you, it all connects back to our core roof repair service for the Red River Gorge region.
