Most “free roof inspections” are sales appointments wearing a hard hat. We built this company on the opposite bet: tell people the truth about their roof, fix what actually needs fixing, and the work takes care of itself. Half the photos we get back the answer is “watch it, but don’t spend money yet.” The other half, we catch a $400 repair before it becomes a $4,000 one. Then we say so and schedule an in-person look. Some leaks travel and need eyes on the attic side. But you’ll know from the photos whether that visit is worth making — not after a stranger has walked your roof “finding” things.
