The fix is systematic: re-fasten with oversized screws and fresh gaskets across the affected runs, not a dab of caulk on the one that’s leaking today.

Panels, Seams, and Flashing

Limb strikes and hail dent panels; wind lifts seams; chimneys and wall transitions shed their sealant. We repair or replace individual panels, reseal seams that have opened, and rework flashing so water goes over it instead of behind it. Photos before and after, every time.

A metal roof with sound decking and isolated problems has years of life a repair can unlock at a fraction of replacement cost.
