Tell Your Neighbors How It Went

Your two minutes is worth more than our whole ad budget.

The Straight Answer

Reviews are how a small repair crew in Beattyville gets found by the next homeowner with a leak. If we did right by you, a short honest Google review — what was wrong, what we did, how it turned out — helps your neighbors more than any ad we could buy. Tell us you are ready and we will text you the direct review link. If something was not right, call us first: (859) 310-1209.

Why a review matters this much to us

We are a small crew working a seven-county corridor. We do not run TV spots. When somebody in Stanton or Campton finds water on their ceiling at 9 p.m., they search, they read what their neighbors said, and they pick. Your honest words are the whole ballgame. A review also keeps us honest in the other direction — knowing every job can end up described in public is a good reason to sweep the magnets out of the yard and photograph the flashing before we leave. We would rather earn reviews than buy attention.

How to leave a Google review

The most useful place is our Google listing, because that is where people in this corridor actually look. We will not make you hunt for it — tell us you are ready to post one and we will text you the direct link so it is two taps from your phone. If you would rather write it while the job is fresh, text it to (859) 310-1209 and post it when the link arrives. Either order works. A review with a photo of the finished work carries extra weight, which brings up the next section.

What makes a review useful

You do not need to write much. The reviews that actually help a stranger decide say three things: what was wrong, what we did about it, and whether it held. “Chimney leaked every hard rain, they resealed the flashing, dry since” beats a paragraph of adjectives. If we were late, say so. If the price matched the estimate, say that too. Specifics are what a nervous homeowner with a bucket under a drip is looking for. Honest and short beats glowing and vague, every time.

May we use your photos? Only if you say yes

We photograph every job for the file — before, during, after. Some of those photos end up in our gallery and the Job Log so future customers can see real work instead of stock imagery. We only publish photos of your property with your permission, we never post your name or address, and a “no” costs you nothing — the work and the warranty are the same either way. If you are proud of how it turned out and want it shown, tell us and we will note the permission in your job file.

If something was not right, call us before you type

Straight talk: if any part of the job bothered you — a drip came back, cleanup missed something, a call went unreturned — phone us first at (859) 310-1209. Not because we want to dodge a bad review, but because we want to fix the thing, and a review cannot fix a roof. Our workmanship warranty is the formal version of this promise; the informal version is that we come back and look. After we have made it right, write whatever is true. We will take our lumps if we earned them.

Common Questions

Do you pay or give discounts for reviews?

No. Paid or incentivized reviews are against Google’s rules and they poison the well for everyone — once neighbors cannot trust reviews, nobody benefits from having earned good ones. We ask, we make it easy with a direct link, and that is the whole program. What you write is entirely up to you.

I am not comfortable posting publicly. Can I still give feedback?

Absolutely. Text or call (859) 310-1209, or use the contact page. Private feedback shapes how we run jobs just the same. And if you are willing, a sentence we can quote without your full name still helps the next homeowner more than silence does.

What should I do if I already posted a review with a problem in it?

Leave it up — it is your honest record. Just also call us so we can fix the problem itself. If we make it right and you feel like updating the review afterward, that update tells future customers something more valuable than a clean five stars: what we do when something goes wrong.
